NUE Terms of Service

By placing an order with NUE, you agree to the following terms.

Products

NUE sells home-essentials products, currently including the 4-in-1 Travel Bottle, the Automatic Sealing Bag, and the Automatic Soap Foam Dispenser.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed on the website. NUE currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Delivery

NUE delivers across Lebanon. The delivery fee is $4, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days. If delivery takes longer than 5 business days, the delivery fee is waived.

Customers receive tracking information for their order, along with communication from the courier when necessary to arrange delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Returns & Replacements

NUE does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or preference. Genuine product defects must be reported the same day the package is opened.

Approved defects are resolved with a replacement only — no cash refunds. If a physical return is required, NUE covers the return shipping cost.

Warranty

NUE products carry a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, report it the same day the package is opened, with your order details and clear photos or video of the damage. NUE will send a replacement at no additional cost.
