NUE Refund & Return Policy

Change of Mind

NUE does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or preference.

Defective Products

Genuine product defects must be reported the same day the package is opened, with your order details and clear photos or video showing the issue.

Approved defects are resolved with a replacement only — NUE does not issue cash refunds.

Return Shipping

If a physical return of the product is required to process a genuine defect, NUE covers the return shipping cost.

Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, report it the same day the package is opened, with your order details and clear photos or video of the damage. NUE will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Warranty Claims

NUE products carry a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
